MISSION

We partner with employers to assess the impact of eldercare in their workplace, while providing customized, scalable, and affordable solutions to recover lost productivity, decrease absenteeism and turnover, and create a competitive advantage. As the organization’s access point to the array of eldercare services, we provide a wide variety of resource information and referrals to employee caregivers.

VALUES

We believe that our profession gives us a unique opportunity to make a positive contribution to individuals, organizations, and society.  EEC's effectiveness is based on our personal integrity and the trust developed between ourselves and those with whom we work.  We do not have financial arrangements or alliances with any eldercare service providers.  Independence is important to us, because it insures that we provide objective advice and recommendations that are in our clients' best interests.

The following principles guide the work we do for our clients:

  • We do not accept commissions, remuneration or other benefits from a third party in connection with recommendations to a client.
  • We recognize and support the organization’s and individual’s right to make their own choices.
  • We strive to cultivate an environment of respect and safety where all clients trust that they can speak freely, and where individual boundaries are honored.
  • We observe confidentiality of all client information. We will treat client information as confidential and will not take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment or enable others to do so.
  • We are responsible for continuous improvement of our consultation skills and knowledge.
